اجتماع سري بواشنطن لوضع استراتيجية جديدة تجاه شمال وجنوب السودان


علمت (أفريقيا اليوم ) أن ورشة عمل "رسمية مغلقة" ستنعقد صباح غد الخميس بالعاصمة الأمريكية واشنطون لوضع خطوط عمل سياسة أمريكية جديدة تجاه السودان(الشمالي والجنوبي) علي ضوء التطورات السياسية الجارية في السودان والتحولات الكبري في الاقليم تحت عنوان
(Workshop on Future Governance in the Two Sudans in the Context of Regional and International influences)
و قالت مصادر مطلعة لـ (المشاهير) أن الندوة ستبحث تبني استراتيجية رسمية جديدة تساعد إدارة الرئيس أوباما للتعامل مع القضايا السودانية الرئيسية مثل إنفصال الجنوب والوضع في دارفور ومستجدات الأحداث في جنوب كردفان وحالة الأوضاع الانسانية التي تتدهور كل يوم، كما تلقي الضوء علي مسار العلاقات السودانية الاقليمية خاصة (أثيوبيا) بالإضافة الي قضية التحول الديمقراطي والاصلاح الداخلي.
وفي تعليق علي سؤال لـ(أفريقيا اليوم) عن عدم دعوة الأطراف المعنية للحضور (خاصة حكومات شمال وجنوب السودان) قال المصدر أن الأمر خاص بالإدارة الأمريكية ويتعلق بالإعداد لسياسية عمل أمريكية جديدة، وأن كل وجهات النظر المختلفة ستكون موجودة بالطاولة وتؤخذ بعين الاعتبار، كما رفض المصدر الربط بين قيام الندوة والتطور الجاري في ليبيا (بإعتبار السودان عضو مشارك في مجموعة الاتصال الدولية بخصوص دعم الثوار وقدم مساعدات لوجستية استراتيجية للثورة)، وقلل المصدر من أهمية دور السودان أو إحداث أي تأثير لذلك علي موقف واشنطون تجاه الخرطوم، واكتفي بالقول أن الورشة مقررة منذ أكثر من شهر وتم دعوة الوكالة الرسمية في الحكومة الأمريكية لتقدم فيها مثل مستشارية الأمن القومي (البيت الابيض)، ووزارة الخارجية ووكالة المخابرات المركزية، كما سيتم تقديم ورقة عمل عن العمل الطوعي والإنساني قامت باعدادها مجموعة من الناشطين وممثلين عن المجتمع المدني في الولايات المتحدة باشراف وكالة العون الانساني الرسمية ( American Aid) .
جدير بالذكر أن إدارة الرئيس أوباما كانت قد وضعت سياسية جديدة للتعامل مع السودان عقب توليها مقاليد الحكم في واشنطون في أكتوبر 2009 تعرف باسم (الحوافز والإلتزامات) أشرف علي وضعها وزيرة الخارجية هيلاري كينتون وسفيرة واشنطون في مجلس الامن د.سوزان رايس و مبعوث الرئيس الجنرال سكوت غرايشون الذي تولي تنفيذها، والتي كانت تقوم علي ثلاثة محاور (وهي إكمال إتفاق السلام الشامل (CPA) بين شمال السودان وجنوبه، متابعة الأوضاع في إقليم دارفور، الشراكة الإستخباراتية بين الولايات المتحدة والخرطوم في مكافحة الإرهاب). والتي استنفدت أغراضها الان و تم تحويل التكليف الي مبعوث رئاسي جديد
