يغادر رئيس الجمهورية المشير عمر البشير الى العاصمة التشادية انجمينا مساء غد (الأربعاء) برفقة مدير جهاز الأمن الفريق محمد عطا المولى، وزير رئاسة الجمهورية الفريق أول ركن بكري حسن صالح، ومستشار الرئيس د. غازي صلاح الدين العتباني؛ للمشاركة في قمة دول الساحل والصحراء (س.ص) في دورتها الثانية عشرة التي تنطلق الخميس وتستمر حتى الجمعة. وكشفت مصادر مطلعة عن ترتيبات يجريها وفد المقدمة الذي قاده وزير الخارجية علي كرتي أمس (الاثنين) لعقد لقاءات ثنائية يجريها رئيس الجمهورية مع الرئيس التشادي إدريس ديبي والليبي العقيد معمر القذافي على هامش القمة. وتوقعت ذات المصادر مناقشة اللقاء الذي يُعقد على هامش القمة وجود زعيم حركة العدل والمساواة د. خليل إبراهيم في ليبيا والتباحث حول مشكلات السودان وطي ملف أزمة دارفور.
وتبحث القمة مسائل سياسية وأمنية من بينها عملية السلام في السودان، وستقف على التطورات والخطوات التي قطعها السودان وتشاد نحو تطبيع العلاقات بينهما وتحقيق الاستقرار بالإقليم، إضافةً إلى مستجدات الأوضاع في الصومال، وتبادل الآراء حول بعض المسائل المتعلقة بتطور الاتحاد.
ودخل وزير الخارجية على أحمد كرتي، الذي قاد وفد السودان المشارك فى اجتماعات وزراء الخارجية لدول تجمع الساحل والصحراء (س- ص)، في اجتماع امس (الاثنين) مع وزراء خارجية دول الساحل والصحراء ـ بحسب ممثل السودان الدائم لتجمع (س-ص) السفير محمد الأمين الكارب ـ وقال ان الاجتماع سبقه اجتماع لخبراء الدول تناولوا فيه جملة من المسائل المتعلقة بالتحديات التي تواجه دول التجمع وركزوا على أهمية التنسيق الاجتماعي والأمنى والسياسي بين دول التجمع، ومثل السودان فى الاجتماع، الذي ضم الخبراء، السفير الكارب والسفير فى تشاد عبد الله الشيخ والسفير الزين إبراهيم.
في الأثناء دعا الأمين العام لتجمع الساحل والصحراء محمد المدني أزهري دول الاتحاد الأفريقي لاتخاذ المواقف اللازمة التى تدين محكمة الجنايات الدولية إزاء سعيها لتقويض فرص السلام والاستقرار بالسودان ورفض كل إجراء تتخذه المحكمة عبر اجتماع قمة الاتحاد الأفريقي القادمة فى كمبالا بيوغندا. وقال لدى مخاطبته الجلسة الافتتاحية لاجتماع وزراء خارجية دول الساحل والصحراء (س-ص) صباح أمس فى العاصمة التشادية إنجمينا، إن محكمة الجنايات الدولية بدأت فى اتخاذ خطوات ضد قيادة السودان في الوقت الذي بذل فيه الرئيس البشير وحكومة الوحدة الوطنية جهوداً لإرساء دعائم السلام والأمن والوحدة الوطنية. واعتبر الأزهري تحركات محكمة الجنايات الدولية ضد البشير سعياً لصب الزيت في نار مشتعلة - على حد تعبيره - وقال إن دول الساحل والسحراء تسعى ليصدر الاتحاد الأفريقي إدانته ضد محكمة الجنايات الدولية.
وكانت الجلسة الافتتاحية تناولت تقارير الخبراء التي استعرضت التحديات السياسية والأمنية والاقتصادية التي تواجه دول التجمع التي تمثل نصف سكان القارة الأفريقية والتي تغطي أكثر من نصف مساحة القارة اتساعاً.
وكان اجتماع المجلس الوزاري الـ(19) بدأ جلساته امس (الاثنين) بإنجمينا وتستمر الى اليوم، يعقبها وصول رؤساء الدول والحكومات للتجمع يوم الأربعاء والذين يجتمعون في قمة تستمر يوميْ الخميس والجمعة تصدر بعدها مقررات القمة.
