Perché non arrestano Bush anche lui criminale di guerra !!!
High Commissioner for Human Rights expresses its disappointment at the failure of China's arrest of Bashir.

- Expressed High Commissioner for Human Rights at the United Nations, Navi Pillay expressed disappointment at the failure of China's arrest of Sudanese President Omar al-Bashir, the ICC issued an arrest warrant against him, during his visit to Beijing.
And Pillay said "the duty and responsibility of every government, including China, to assist the Tribunal to refer the individuals wanted for supposed violations to justice."
And continued, "Our hope is disappointed when states violate this responsibility."
"In this case, there was an opportunity to ensure the appearance of al-Bashir to justice."
The al-Bashir arrived in Beijing Wednesday where he was greeted warmly by President Hu Jintao, amid criticism from Washington and organizations defending human rights. It is assumed that the trip ends Thursday.
The International Criminal Court issued arrest warrant against Bashir for alleged genocide and crimes against humanity and war crimes in Darfur (west) where it killed about 300 thousand people since 2003.
Under the provisions of the International Criminal Court that any Member State of the arrest of Bashir in the event visited the territory. However, China and the United States is commissions on those laws.
A spokesman for the Foreign Ministry Hong Lai said before the visit of al-Bashir "We reserve our opinion on the trial of al-Bashir before the International Criminal Court."
Pillay indicated that in case of arrest al-Bashir be referred to the court "We do not call for the execution of anyone."
