* وأضاف المتحدث أنه سيتولى رئاسة المجلس التنفيذي للمستشفى الذي يضم مجلس أمناء يضم سبعة شخصيات عالمية من بينها مهاتير الذي شغل منصب رئيس وزراء ماليزيا لمدة 30 سنة ومحمد بن غانم نائب رئيس الإتحاد الدولي للصليب الأحمر وصالح لوهيبي رئيس الندوة العالمية للشباب الإسلامي، بالإضافة إلى مدير جريدة الشروق اليومي السيد علي فضيل الذي رحب بالفكرة وكان من أكبر المتحمسين لإنجاح هذا المشروع الخيري، وسيتولى مجلس الأمناء تحديد سياسة وإستراتيجية المستشفى، وعن أجندة تجسيد المشروع على أرض الواقع قال المتحدث إنه سيعلن عن المبادرة عبر قناة الجزيرة في حصة من الناس يوم 8 أوت الجاري، تليها بعد ذالك ندوة صحفية يوم التاسع أوت في الدوحة بحضور مختلف أطياف الصحافة العالمية للحديث عن أهداف ومتطلبات المشروع الخيري، وبعد ذلك بـ10 أيام سيتم تدشين موقع المستشفى بحضور عدد كبير من الشخصيات العالمية المعروفة بباعها التضامني والخيري من بينها زوجة الرئيس السوداني السيدة وداد التي أعطت رعاية سامية للمشروع، حيث سيتم تنظيم "تبرع أون لاين" لجمع التبرعات من أجل الشروع في بناء المستشفى الذي سيستغرق انجازه 03 سنوات، وأضاف الدكتور فوزي أوصديق أن الروائية الجزائرية الكبيرة أحلام مستغانمي ستتولى مهمة سفيرة المشروع، حيث ستنظم حملة لبيع كتبها لصالح بناء المستشفى بداية من السودان، كما سيخصص صاحب المشروع سامي الحاج مداخيل كتابه الجديد "في ضيافة الشيطان" التي سيروي فيها تفاصيل اعتقاله في غونتنامو وستخصص مداخيل الكتاب لصالح بناء المستشفى، وستمنح جريدة الشروق اليومي السبق لنشر الكتاب على صفحاتها، وسيحتوي المشروع على ثلاثة مكاتب جهوية الأول في السودان برعاية الهلال الأحمر السوداني والثاني في الدوحة برعاية الهلال الأحمر القطري والثالث في الجزائر برعاية كل من "الفورام" وجريدة الشروق اليومي. وعن المدينة التي ستحتضن المتشفى أكد فوزي أوصديق أنها مدينة "سنار" باعتبارها الولاية التاريخية للسودان ومسقط رأس سامي الحاج بالإضافة إلى احتوائها على جامعة تحتوي على تخصصات طبية من شأنها تزويد المستشفى بالطاقة البشرية اللازمة.
